Mechanical & hydraulic manufacturing capability

TNG's factory in the HCMC Auto Mechanics IZ runs CNC/NC lathes, welding robots and an in-house quality-control process end to end — building hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves and power units to engineering standard.

We invest in a matched set of CNC/NC machine tools, welding robots and metrology equipment to control tolerances and surface finish to ISO standards — so every part matches its drawing.

  • CNC/NC lathes

    Precision turning of shafts, cylinder bodies and rotational parts with tight tolerance control per drawing.

  • Automated welding robots

    Robotic welding for consistent, stable welds and high throughput on steel structures and cylinder bodies.

  • CNC milling machining centre

    Milling, drilling and reaming of flanges and complex parts in a single set-up.

  • Metrology & inspection equipment

    Measuring dimensions, roughness and concentricity to sign off each stage.

Quality control

Quality-control (QC) process

Every product passes a multi-stage QC process — from incoming material to final sign-off — to guarantee it meets specification and operating durability.

  1. Incoming material inspection

    Checking material certificates and blanks before they enter machining.

  2. In-process control

    Monitoring tolerances and roughness on the line at every operation.

  3. Dimensional & tolerance inspection

    Measuring key dimensions with metrology equipment, recorded and filed.

  4. Final inspection & sign-off

    Overall check, seal/pressure testing and sign-off before delivery.
