1. What we collect

We collect only what you actively give us through the forms on this website, plus anonymous usage data once you consent to it.

• Quote request form: name, phone number, email (optional), company, estimated quantity and your message.
• Contact form: name, email, phone number and your message.
• Job application form: name, email, phone number and the CV file you upload.
• Customer account (if you register): email and password — the password is always stored hashed, never in the clear.
• Analytics data: collected only after you accept the cookie notice.

2. How we use it

We use your information to do the thing you asked for, and nothing else.

• Replying to a quote or technical enquiry — usually by phone, since that is the channel you left us.
• Answering contact messages.
• Reviewing job applications and arranging interviews.
• Running your customer account: your quote history and documents shared privately with you.
• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it — only with your consent.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site shows a cookie notice on your first visit. Analytics are enabled only after you accept; if you decline, the site works normally and no analytics cookie is set.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie-settings link in the footer.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.

It is processed only by the infrastructure providers that run this website — hosting, file storage and email delivery — and only as far as the site needs. Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it.

We keep your information for as long as it takes to handle your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes. CV files and customer documents are kept in a non-public area of storage and served only through access-controlled routes.

No system is perfectly secure, but we apply measures proportionate to the data we handle.

8. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Please check back from time to time.
